The Showman’s Show was launched in 1984 and is the longest running, original and most comprehensive exhibition of products and services for the outdoor events industry, Festivals and Special Events world.
The 2026 edition of the Show will return to Newbury Showground from 21st - 22nd October. The Show will see hundreds of suppliers and manufacturers exhibiting the latest products and services available to the event industry. It is an unrivalled market place to discover, learn, and try the latest innovations, meet a diverse range of new suppliers and network with colleagues all in one place, in a fun and relaxed environment.
We work hard to ensure that we have a broad range of exhibitors offering visitors a good cross section of the entire supply chain, from state-of-the-art structures and plant hire equipment, to waste management, event production, health and safety solutions to the finishing touches. In addition, the demand for sustainable products and services and all things in event technology related is also reflected in the exhibitor list.
The Show is FREE to attend and open to ALL that supply the event industry or organise festivals and outdoor events.
