The Showman's Show - The Outdoor Event Services Exhibition

21st & 22nd October 2026 - Newbury Showground

The Showman’s Show was launched in 1984 by Stephen and Jean Lance and remains a family business to this day. Now organised by their sons, Jeremy and Johnny Lance, it is Europe's longest running, original and most comprehensive trade show and exhibition of products and services for Outdoor Events, Festivals and the Live Events industry.

The Show offers the first opportunity at the end of a busy season for the event industry to meet, network and to start planning and sourcing equipment for the year ahead. It sees hundreds of suppliers and manufacturers from around the world exhibiting in the custom built indoor Exhibition Hall or on the Outside Open Space, showing the latest products and services available to the event industry. It is an unrivalled market place to discover, learn, and try the latest innovations, meet a diverse range of new suppliers and network with colleagues and event professionals all in one place, in a fun and relaxed environment.

We work hard to ensure that we have a broad range of exhibitors offering visitors a good cross section of the entire supply chain, from state-of-the-art structures and plant hire equipment, to waste management, event production, health and safety solutions to decorations and the finishing touches. In addition, the demand for sustainable products and services and all things in event technology related is also reflected in the exhibitor list.

The Show is FREE to attend and open to ALL. So if you are an event supplier looking to stock up on new gear or an event organiser or production manager looking for new ideas and suppliers; this Show is for YOU.
