HireHop returns to The Showman's Show 2025
The team at HireHop Equipment Rental Software have been busy the last couple of months working on new features and integrations.
One of the features is tracked sales, meaning if you sell something like a mixing desk, whether it be brand new, B-Stock or from your hire fleet, it keeps track of its history and can be scanned out using it's barcode or serial number. You can also move these assets between rental and sales, or even B-stock sales easily while still retaining the history, including all repairs, servicing, etc.
As HireHop is used by Enterprise sized companies as well as small, medium and large companies, they have released two new accounting software integrations that reflect that, being FreeAgent for small businesses, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for enterprise sized companies who use the Business Central ERP. These integrations work seamlessly with HireHop by communicating with each other, sending invoices, payments, credit notes, deposits, purchase orders, etc, which helps streamline workflow, reduce mistakes and make companies more efficient.
HireHop have also revamped their extensive report library, making it easier to find reports and creating favourite ones, as well as adding more filters to the warehouse screen. The warehouse screen is like an airport arrivals and departures screen, telling you what is coming in and going out, and can be opened using a smart TV using a special link.
