Innovation. Sustainability. Accessibility. The Showman's Show 2025 Has It All

The UK’s ultimate event industry showcase for the outdoor & special event world, The Showman’s Show, returns to Newbury Showground for its 41st event on the 22nd and 23rd October.

With over 310 confirmed exhibitors, visitors can expect to find everything from event technology, structures, sustainability, entertainment, site services and so much more.

The Show continues to attract a large international cohort of exhibitors, bringing innovative products to the UK market, only to be seen at the Show, such as C.G.M Gruppi Elettrogeni SRL, Liri Architecture Technology, Nomadik Tents, Anchor Industries Inc., NED Srl, Raiden Industries and Rentman B.V. amongst many others.

Returning after a successful inaugural launch in 2024 is the Meetings Tent, kindly sponsored by Nomadik Stretch Tent.

This year NOWIE will be hosting a speed networking opportunity, MUTA will be previewing their Best Practices update, Guild of Tentmasters and ESITS will be giving an industry update regarding training and Guild membership and benefits and the Event Industry Forum (EIF) will discuss plans to update the Purple Guide, including an international version, as well as the launch of a major new research project into the UK outdoor events industry.

The National Outdoor Events Association (NOEA) will also be joining forces with Qdos Event Hire, bringing Industry Leaders together and hosting ‘Town Hall’ discussions with UK Government representatives on the Qdos stand.

The Showman’s Show continues to ensure that the event leads by example with their approach to sustainability, and the Show Directors, Jeremy and Johnny Lance, are delighted to partner with Grid Faeries x Ecotricity, who will be supplying renewable power from their 1MW battery to over 120 companies in our Exhibition Hall.

Johnny Lance states that “The Showman’s Show prides itself in being a platform to showcase new ideas and innovations.  This partnership not only will help us as an organiser meet our sustainability goals but also provides an opportunity for event organisers and suppliers to see this service in action and come and speak to the team at Grid Faeries to learn more”.

Accessibility provision has also taken a huge step this year, with a new dedicated Accessibility Area. Coordinated by Accessible Events, the area will be your one-stop drop-in to learn more about how to improve an event’s offering for disabled, deaf and neurodivergent audiences.

Visitors can attend workshops, tech demos and displays from Accessible Events, Give Vision, Beat Blocks, Deaf Rave, Diverse-UK, AttitudeIsEverything, Deaf Events, Accessoloo and Nimbus Access Card.  Test your skill on a power scooter obstacle course or sit and de-stress in the Diverse Sensory space.  The Accessibility Arena welcomes you to have a chat, take a pause, and plan your access delivery for 2026.

The Showman’s Show continues to set the stage for networking, collaboration, and innovation, making it a must-attend event for professionals in the Outdoor Event Industry.

Event Director, Jeremy Lance, states that ‘As we head into our 41st  anniversary of The Showman’s Show, it is wonderful to see so many familiar faces return, a strong representation from overseas and a genuine desire & need for face-to-face events. We are looking forward to another great year!”.
