`With several major international events heading to Liverpool in 2023, the Showforce team is readying itself for an incredibly busy year. Eurovision fever is set to grip the city in just a few months and the build for the prestigious 151st Open will begin in early spring. Showforce’s Liverpool office has built an excellent reputation and its key crew chiefs and crew are regularly called on to assist with projects all over the UK and internationally.

Highly experienced crew manager Neil Rodgers has relocated to the Liverpool office and is working alongside Becky Meers in preparation. Neil will continue to travel to the London office and carry out site visits. Also, joining Neil and Becky in Liverpool as an operations coordinator is Harry McCann, who has just completed his degree and will be a familiar face to many having been a crew member during the summer months.

Together they will ensure that the large numbers of crew required for the numerous upcoming events in Liverpool and surrounding areas will be recruited, trained and ready to work.

Previous major events delivered in Liverpool by the Showforce team include Creamfields (since 2014), Giant Spectacular, Strictly Come Dancing live tour, Liverpool International Music Festival, Africa Oye, Neighbourhood Wekender, River of Light, Sports Personality of the Year, Paul McCartney, Stereophonics, UFC, Red Bull Drift Shifrers and BBC Radio 6 Festival to name but a few.
