Qdos Event Hire returns to The Showman’s Show with a stand celebrating its fantastic ‘Summer of Sport’ and a role in delivering brand new feature for 2026: The Workspace. The show takes place at Newbury Showground on 21st – 22nd October.
This summer saw Qdos deliver temporary accommodation and welfare facilities for a packed sporting calendar, including the British Grand Prix, Wimbledon, Royal Ascot, 154th Open, BMW PGA Championships, LIV Golf, MotoGP and the Senior Open. New projects at the European Athletics Championships in Birmingham, Formula E in London and London Premier Padel P1 added to its sporting credentials.
Visitors to Avenue A, stand 145 can expect eye-catching graphics and an impressive selection of kit from Qdos’ extensive fleet. Making their first appearance at the show will be a Locker Room, Canteen, Drying Room and Cast Rooms, giving event organisers and production teams the opportunity to explore the facilities up close and discuss requirements for the season ahead.
On Wednesday 21st, continuing its long-standing partnership with NOEA, the stand will host the UK Events meeting, following by networking drinks for its members, as it has in previous years.
The team will also be hosting a drinks reception from 4.30pm on Wednesday 21st October, alongside stand partners Eat to the Beat and Festival Supplier Awards. Join them to catch up with industry friends, reflect on a busy summer and look ahead to 2027.
Beyond its own stand, Qdos is supplying The Workspace for organiser Lance Show & Publications. New for 2026, this dedicated area is designed for 1:1 meetings, hot-desking and informal discussions and will also play host to Event Industry News’ podcast.
