takepayments events offer easy-to-use event tailored software on the latest generation Android mobile devices. These are fully equipped to take secure payments and accept all card types, so your customers can tap away however they’d like to pay.
The event software will allow you to track and manage live sales and product inventory across your site, with both on device and web portal-based reporting. It offers a multi-vendor acquiring platform with the ability to split out next day settlements at source between organisers and traders.
With knowledge of how critical connectivity is at events, the company can support you with a reliable service you can trust. With takepayments events, you get powerful Wi-Fi enabled devices equipped with 4G roaming SIMs, with automatic offline payments as a peace of mind backup.
It also offers an optional onsite support service via a fleet of high-tech event vehicles which are packed with tools to ensure devices are powered and connected throughout your events, with staff on hand 24/7 to provide support and resolve any issue. Its onsite service includes the option of a dedicated and fully managed Starlink satellite system. Mobile devices come with batteries which last all day, but if you’re running low, don’t worry, as it keeps a large stock of spare batteries onsite and will swap them out as and when required.
