A celebratory exhibition and experience will launch at The Showman’s Show this year as part of The Event 100 Club partnership.
The Showman’s Show, Qdos Event Hire, and the National Outdoor Event Association (NOEA) launched the Event 100 Club earlier in the summer and have created a ‘free to visit’ experience, situated on the Qdos stand (Stand 107, Avenue A).
The experience includes flashbacks from over six decades in the event industry, celebrating its best, its biggest, its smallest, and the people and businesses that helped create them. It will also include a timeline of the three partners, who collectively celebrate 100 years of event existence at the show this year.
The Event 100 Experience is open throughout the show and includes a meeting room to host VIP dignitaries looking to find out more about the industry. The space will also be the location of other VIP events, including the annual visit of the UK Events Meeting to the Showman’s Show, at 11.30 Day One, and a special ‘open to all’ insight session from the newly launched Event Medical Association, taking place on Day Two at 10.30.
The Showman’s Show returns to Newbury Showground, 23rd & 24th October. You can register to visit here. For more information about how to get involved in the Event 100 Club’s experiential events exhibition please email michelle@showmans-directory.co.uk .
