Most ticketing platforms hand you a login and wish you luck. We do things differently.
With Ticketebo, our team builds and manages your entire ticketing operation for you. We'll set up your event, configure your ticket types, sessions and capacities, build your booking page to match your branding, test the customer journey, and handle the fiddly details that eat your evenings.
Then, when tickets go live, our contact centre answers your event patrons’ calls and emails. Refunds, ticket transfers, name changes, "I can't find my confirmation email", we handle it, so your team can get on with actually delivering the event.

Our fee structure is simple: one booking fee per order, not per ticket.
There are no card processing fees stacked on top, no monthly subscriptions, no setup costs, and no charge for our fully managed service or contact centre support.

Through our Trees for Change programme, run in partnership with Veritree, we plant three trees for every SMS ticket delivered, with a target of 500,000 trees planted by 2028.
