VIKIN Event Apps - World-class apps for outdoor events.

World-Class apps for Outdoor Events

It's time your event for the app it deserves!

At VIKIN, we provide fully featured branded apps for outdoor events, enabling any event - regardless of size or budget, to provide attendees with real-time, offline-first & location-aware information, while offering vendors and sponsors greater visibility, and unlocking new revenue streams for organisers.

Why choose VIKIN?

  • Your branding: Your event has a vibe, and your app needs to match it. We work closely with you to bring your brand, aesthetic, and vision into the VIKIN platform.

  • Your app is truly yours: You don't have to share an app with other platforms - your event's app is truely for your event only - great for discoverability and long term use!

  • Intelligent features: You have the data - we make the most of it. We show time & location relevant information to users, and enable features like quick search across all content & offline navigation - so your attendees can enjoy your event.

  • Offline first: No signal? No problem. VIKIN apps work perfectly offline, without annoying loading times

  • Privacy focused: We don't want to collect user data, so we don't. All users are anonymous, no login is required, and analytics data is deliberately aggregated.

  • Communication: Guarantee your ability to reach your attendees, without algorithms determining what they see. Craft engaging notifications, and create content posts to share news, podcasts, updates, and other content.

  • Grow with VIKIN: Events of all sizes thrive with VIKIN. Choose a VIKIN tier that suits your event, and as your event evolves, you can add more features, capabilities, and support packages.

But don't just listen to us...

“We’ve used event apps before for The Big Retreat Festival, but VIKIN truly exceeded our expectations. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, providing exceptional support and a seamless experience for both our organisers and attendees.
The app helped attendees personalise their festival experience, discover new experiences, and navigate our packed schedule with ease. The level of service and attention to detail from VIKIN was outstanding, and we would highly recommend them to any event looking for a top-tier app solution.” - Amber Lort-Phillips, The Big Retreat Festival.

"It’s been an absolute joy working with VIKIN to develop our 2025 Greenbelt app. From day one, we knew they’d go above and beyond to deliver something that would genuinely enhance the experience for our festivalgoers. Their dedication, creativity, responsiveness, and openness to feedback – even when it meant adapting to our quirks – has been second to none. That commitment to excellence shines through in the final product, and we’re proud to have developed it together." - Daisy Ghira, Greenbelt Festival.

We're now powering The Big Retreat Festival, Dubbed Out Festival, Greenbelt Festival, Ideas Fest - and one more event we'll announce soon! Why not join them?

We'll see you on the 22nd and 23rd of October!

Come and say hi - our co-founders Ryan and Sergio are looking forward to seeing you in the exhibition hall! In the meantime, check out our website and drop us a message: https://vikin.events.
